Spiders!!!!

I've gotten quite a few requests for my little spiders recipe.

INGREDIENTS

1 bag large marshmallows
1 pkg. chow mein noodles or stick pretzels
chocolate for melting and dipping
small candy for eyes (red hots or mini m&m's work great!)
wax paper to dry on

DIRECTIONS

1. Melt chocolate.
2. Take a marshmallow and stick in 6 chow mein noodles or pretzels for legs.
3. Dip marshmallow in chocolate on top side of spider.
4. Add candy eyes immediately
5. Let sit to "dry" on wax paper. Will go faster if put in refrigerator. They'll be dried and ready to go after 15-20 minutes in the fridge.

I store them in there once they are done so no little ones get ahold of them AND they don't melt =0).

Selin's Hummus

Selin gave me this wonderful Hummus recipe. Going to have to try it soon! Thank you Selin!!

1 can chick peas
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup tahini

3 garlic clove
1 small lemon juice
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt ( you can add more salt if you want , test than decide )

first drain the chickpeas and put all the chickpeas in food proccesor and smash a little then add all the other ingredients and keep running until all the ing. get blended. Try to taste, it must not be too thick , if it is thick add water until you get a smooth pasty texture.
then voila !! ready to serve.
Bon a petit!!
